Back in 2013 we took the opportunity of a new business to fundamentally redesign how an IT company should interact with its customers and partners. Putting pride and bravado aside we took an honest and transparent approach to Gridserve, showing customers that true partnership enabled both parties to flourish. The customer knowledge gap, that often provides a 'way in' for IT companies, is treated differently by Gridserve. We ensure the customer knows what to ask and fully understands the requirements, both from a short term perspective as well as long term effects. This empowers our customers to more clearly compare offerings that will fulfill their needs.
